We ship worldwide via DHL Express from our workshop in Casablanca Medina.
USA & Canada: 7-10 business days | UK & Europe: 5-8 business days | GCC: 3-6 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once shipped.

*2. Do you offer free shipping?*
Yes! Free worldwide DHL Express shipping on all orders over $200 USD. Orders under $200 have a flat $25 shipping fee.

*3. Can I track my order?*
Absolutely. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a DHL tracking number. You can also use our Track Your Order page anytime.

*4. Are your caftans authentic handmade?*
Yes, 100%. Every piece is handcrafted by our 5 master artisans in Derb Gnawa, Casablanca Medina. Each caftan takes 30-50 hours of hand embroidery using traditional techniques passed down for generations.

*5. What fabrics do you use?*
We use premium fabrics sourced from Morocco, Turkey, India, and Italy. Pure silk, soft velvet, breathable cotton, and genuine metallic threads that never tarnish.

*6. How do I choose the right size?*

*7. Do you make custom sizes or designs?*
Yes! We offer free custom sizing. Send us your measurements and we’ll craft it perfectly for you. Custom designs and wedding pieces available by request.

*8. How do I care for my handmade caftan?*
Dry clean only to preserve the hand embroidery and metallic threads. Store hanging in a breathable garment bag. Avoid direct sunlight and perfume on the fabric.

*9. What is your return policy?*
30-day easy returns for unworn items with tags attached. Custom-made items are final sale but we offer free alterations guidance. Contact us on WhatsApp for return instructions.

*10. Do I have to pay customs duties?*
