*Returns & Exchanges*
We want you to love your caftan! If you’re not 100% satisfied:

You can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus original shipping cost.
*Return Conditions*
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging attached.
*How to Return*

2. We will provide you with return instructions
3. Ship the item back to our workshop
4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days
*Exchanges*
We offer free size exchanges. If your caftan doesn’t fit perfectly, contact us within 14 days and we’ll arrange an exchange. Customer pays return shipping for exchanges.
*Custom-Made Items*
Custom-sized and made-to-measure pieces are final sale. However, we offer free alterations guidance. Send us your measurements and photos and our artisans will help you achieve the perfect fit.
*Damaged or Lost Orders*
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, contact us immediately with photos. We will file a claim with DHL Express and send you a replacement or full refund immediately. All orders are insured during shipping.
