A: We offer standard sizes S, M, L, XL. But for the perfect fit, we highly recommend our FREE custom sizing service. Just send us 4 measurements via WhatsApp: Bust, Waist, Hips, and Length. Our master tailor in Casablanca will handcraft your caftan to your exact measurements at no extra cost.
*Q: I’m between two sizes. Which one should I choose?*
A: Always choose the larger size. Moroccan caftans are designed to be elegant and flowy. If it’s too small, it’s hard to alter. Send us your height and weight on WhatsApp and our sizing team will recommend the perfect size for you.
*Q: Can I customize the length of the caftan?*
A: Yes! You can customize the length from shoulder to floor. Just add a note at checkout with your desired length in inches or cm. We cut and sew every piece to order.

*Q: How long does shipping take to the USA, UK, and Canada?*
A: We ship worldwide via DHL Express only. Delivery takes 7-10 business days to the USA, UK, and Canada. For GCC countries like Saudi Arabia and UAE, it’s 5-7 business days. You’ll receive a DHL tracking number the moment your order ships so you can track it in real-time.
*Q: Is shipping free?*
A: Yes, we offer FREE worldwide DHL Express shipping on all orders over $200. For orders under $200, DHL shipping cost is calculated at checkout. No hidden fees.
*Q: Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?*
A: Duties and taxes depend on your country’s regulations. We declare the true value of your caftan for transparency. For the USA and Canada, duties are usually $0-$20. For GCC countries, VAT is typically 5-15%. DHL will contact you directly if any fees apply before delivery.

A: 100% secure. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Our checkout is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your card details are never stored on our servers. We are a PayPal Verified Business.

*Q: How long does it take to make a custom caftan?*
A: Ready-to-ship caftans dispatch within 24 hours. Made-to-order custom caftans take 10-15 business days to handcraft, plus 7-10 days for DHL shipping. Each piece requires 30-50 hours of hand embroidery by our master artisans.

*Q: What is your return policy? Can I return my caftan?*
A: Yes. We offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you’re not 100% in love with your caftan, return it in original condition for a full refund. If the error is on our side, we cover return shipping. If it’s a sizing mistake, we split the return shipping cost.
*Q: Can I exchange my caftan for a different size or color?*
A: Yes. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll arrange an exchange for a different size or color. You only pay for the DHL shipping difference.

A: 100% authentic. We use only premium Italian silk, Turkish velvet, and traditional handwoven Moroccan fabrics like Sfifa and Aaqed. Each caftan is hand-embroidered by master artisans in the Casablanca Medina using techniques passed down for generations.

A: For long-lasting beauty, we recommend professional dry cleaning only. The hand embroidery and delicate fabrics should not be machine washed. We’ll include a care card with your order
